I finally picked a spot! And Hello Kitty Sweets!
Posted By: Leah
...for my Hello Kitty tat! It's only taken me 10 years. I finally figured it out... my plan was it to be somewhere that I could see it (my others are on my back), and I want it somewhere that it can be seen or covered easily. And I kept thinking about my foot, but idk... not near my ankle, I had a dream about a year ago of having it on my heel and it didn't work out (yes, seriously! I even blogged about it HERE!) So the final decision of the design is: just the HK face with a pink bow. Final location is: on the top of my foot, just under my pointer/middle toes on the right foot. Then I was thinking my left foot will look uneven... so I am thinking get another open purple star in the same location but on my left foot. YAY! Now I have to find a time/and more importantly... a place I trust. I LOVE Creative Ink where I went in VA, and I'm not driving to Winston, where I got my other one done 2x... plus there are a ton around, i just need to find a place that's good. So in honor of this major decision (ok not really hahah) Here are pictures from somewhere I just found tonight... ENJOY!

OMG, that imprint on top of the cappuccino is too precious! Congrats on the tat. I think it's good that you put so much thought into it. I didn't put any into mine and have always regretted it.
ReplyDeleteooo how exciting! i'm currently planning a tattoo (my first!) that has been in the works for a couple years now. I really want a bird to symbolize all of my growth into adulthood living in San Francisco these past 5 years. I just keep moving the location. I want it either on the back of my neck just below my hairline, or on the inside of my wrist. Maybe I'll get a couple... everyone I know with a tattoo says once you get one, you crave more.
ReplyDeletei'm totally obsessed with that hello kitty latte! so awesome.:)
ReplyDeleteI go to Taiwan a lot, they have a Hello Kitty themed gate in the airport too.
ReplyDeleteI wonder why Hello Kitty is still so popular in Asia. I used to be a Hello Kitty fan when I was in elementary school and I got to have Hello Kitty on my everything, my underwear, my chopsticks, bowls, umbrellas.
I kind of grew out of it now.
BTW my blog is giving away some cute coin purses, please feel free to participate.
