DIY Holiday - Invite Announcement Ornament

I found the perfect gift for the new bride/groom, an ornament created out of their wedding invite! (This could also work for a baby announcement, etc). I found this idea on Pinterest, and it was so easy! There wasn't really a tutorial so I created my own!

 All you do is cut up the invite, then roll it around something to give it a curl/make it smaller and then place it into a glass (or plastic) ball (purchased from the craft store).

Once it's full you can arrange the curls so important names/dates/places are showign (be careful, I found this took some of the curl out)

The invite I used came with a ribbon, so I used that at the top of the ornament, but it's cute either way. Or you could add your own charm, etc. And voila! Super special, sentamental, DIY xmas ornament gift!
